Patrick Dooley was partner and Chief Operating Officer of what was once the 12th largest privately held Seniors Housing Management companies in the United States. He and his partners sold the company in 2023 after 14 years of business. Patrick spends the majority of his time now helping others in the Seniors Housing space with their back of house needs so that they can focus on maximizing operational efficiencies, quality services to their customers, and increasing profit margins. He also personally supports a number of President, COO and CEOs with their day to day initiatives in the senior housing sector.
Patrick’s experience includes extensive leadership and organizational development in hospitality business management, specifically in senior housing. He serves on multiple board of advisors positions for Washington State University and currently serves as Chairman of the Partnership Committee for the Granger Cobb Institute for Senior Living at the Carson College of Business. His passion is helping others succeed and growing themselves as well as their business.
In his spare time, you can find Patrick spending quality time with his wife of 38 years, three grown daughters, sons-in-love and grandchildren. Patrick and his wife Linda love traveling the world and volunteering at local food banks, church, and serving a greater good.
